Ed McCrory III – President
Ed McCrory is founder of MEI-McCrory, Inc. The MEI stands for MANUFACTURE, ENGINEER
and IMPLEMENT of facility solutions nationwide. MEI-McCrory is known for providing
key solutions to enhance a facility’s performance in areas such as window washing
equipment, parking garage structural refurbishment, water tank lining and coating,
cooling tower lining services, facility inspections and flood gates. With over 20
years of industry and product knowledge, Mr. McCrory is continually expanding his
focus on improving building maintenance products and services for property owners
and managers. Ed is very active with BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association).

Ron Peters – Senior Project Manager
Ron Peters brings over 35 years of extensive building engineer knowledge and experience
to the MEI-McCrory team. Mr. Peter’s experience over the years ranged from key positions
with Pennzoil Company, Houston Management and Real Estate Company and Houston Center.
With Mr. Peter’s market knowledge and entrepreneurship he spearheaded and formed
the ABM Engineering division in Houston. Ron serves as the Senior Project Manager for MEI-McCrory,
Inc. ensuring all facility projects performed on time and within budget for building
owners and managers.

Jim May – Regional Vice President
Jim adds to the MEI-McCrory team over 30 years of industry experience in property
management and engineering. In 1978 Jim worked for Hines Interests as property manager
at One Shell Plaza, the Galleria, 1100 Lousiana and several industrial buildings.
Later Jim worked for Memorial Hermann Hospital as facilities and engineering director.
In addition, Jim was an owner rep for the Hermann Pavilion. Later Jim became the
owner’s rep and the safety officer for new construction at Mermorial Hermann Healthcare
Systems. Moving to Austin in 2002, Jim held the position of regional vice president
for a Houston-based engineering firm. In 2006, Jim joined MEI-McCrory, Inc. as regional
vice president of central and west Texas capitalizing on his industry knowledge
in providing facility solutions to building owners and managers.
